THE THREE LOCKS · OUR RISK, NOT YOURS
If the report finds less than the package costs, the analysis fee comes back. If Year 1 doesn’t pay for itself, up to half of Year 2 is on us. After Year 3, every recovered dollar is 100% yours.
LOCK 01 · FEE CREDITAnalysis fee back
If the Cash-Cycle Report documents less recoverable revenue than the Implementation Package fee, the baseline-analysis portion of the fee comes back within 30 days of delivery.
LOCK 02 · YEAR-1 RECOVERY FLOORYear-2 credit
Annual path: if Year-1 collected recoveries land under the subscription you paid, the shortfall credits Year 2, capped at half of Year-1 subscription. Holds while your data feeds stay connected and you send the dispute packets we build.
LOCK 03 · YEAR-4 GRADUATION100% yours
The success upside sunsets after Year 3. From Year 4 forward every recovered dollar stays with you; the subscription continues per-truck.
